I have an addiction and it's Burroughs-esque. Like a dirty needle to an arm, this addiction leaves me feeling anxious, sweaty, and when I stray away from it for too long, guilt sets in like some wicked disease. Now that you all have repeated "Hi Tom" back to me in AA fashion, I feel relaxed enough to talk about my addiction to why I'm constantly scrutinizing our government and their knack for miscalculation and blunder.
