No. 12 Cal State Fullerton pulling off an upset over No. 8 San Diego on Tuesday night at Goodwin Field. The win snapped a 16-game winning streak for UCSD and gave the Titans a 2-1 series victory for the season. The team now goes on the road to take on UC Santa Barbara this weekend, followed by a home game May 6 against Pepperdine at 6 p.

The Daily Titan is sad to report that former Daily Titan advertising employee and communications student Rich Boyd died after losing control of his car on the 101 Freeway on Sunday night. No details have been reported about the accident yet. Boyd was a beloved employee and the staff joker.
