I loved this article. I myself do not smoke but i wish my loved ones who did, would quit. I will definitly show my family and friends this article in hopes that they take the high road and decide to quit. I truly hope that the American Smoke-out helps others in leading them to quit. Life is too precious to be thrown away like that. This has inspired me to encourage my friends and family that they can create a better and healthier life. Good job and thank you ever so much (:
