Then we get a decent story in the features section which says the exact opposite. The real issue between cheap condoms and a pack of trojans is quality-- measured in "extras" rather than protection. Dollar store condoms are the equivalent to a bare-bones economy car. Sure your Hyundai Accent can get you from A to B, but that same drive would be a lot more fun in a BMW M5-- with its pleasure ribbing, spermicidal lubricant, and reservoir tip.
